Perfectionism and Accountability

The struggle of any perfectionist is getting writing out into the world. I spent too many late nights editing past work and rarely drafting anything new, with none seeing the light of day. This blog will force me to change: I will post once or twice a week. I must draft within a few hours of posting and I am not allowed to edit beyond obvious major mistakes. Hold me to this, dear readers. I hope this journey makes me a better writer and kicks my perfectionism into shape with a little accountability. I will grow like a tree, putting down roots of skill and producing leaves of pages.
